do the paintings come framed?

Sometimes. The inclusion of a frame depends on the specific collection and artwork. Each art piece in the shop will be clearly marked to indicate whether it comes framed or not. Feel free to check the product details for more information on framing options for your chosen artwork.

how will my artwork be shipped?

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe delivery. It will be bubble-wrapped and placed in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. For shipping, I use reliable carriers such as UPS or USPS to make sure your artwork reaches you in pristine condition.

do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! If you prefer to pick up your artwork locally in Norfolk, VA, you can select the local pick-up option during the checkout process. Once your order is ready, I'll provide you with details on when you can pick up your artwork. My home studio address is 1053 South Lexan Crescent, Norfolk, Virginia 23508. This option allows you to save on shipping costs and conveniently collect your piece in person.

how do you handle returns, refunds, and exchanges?

All artwork is final sale, and as such, I do not accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges. I encourage you to carefully review the product details and images before making a purchase decision. what if my order arrives damaged?

who holds the rights to the artwork?

As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and display. The purchase of the artwork does not transfer these rights to the buyer.
